3. Service Delivery & Cloudflare

tox.li operates on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare KV. We make every effort to maintain high availability and fast redirect lookups. However, tox.li is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Under no circumstances shall tox.li or its operators be liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages caused by redirect failures.

4. Security & Redirect Logging

To maintain system integrity and prevent malicious actors, all edge redirections are logged via Cloudflare. We reserve the right to review aggregated logs, detect high-volume abuse patterns, and share telemetry logs with security authorities if malicious activity is detected.

5. Link & Account Termination

We reserve the right to remove, block, disable, or permanently delete any shortened URL, and suspend or terminate any user account immediately and without prior notice, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, any link found or suspected to be associated with:

• NSFW, adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Gambling, online casinos, betting platforms, or related promotional material.
• Abuse, harassment, hate speech, threats, or incitement of violence.
• Child exploitation, abuse, or any harmful content involving minors.
• Illegal activities, financial fraud, scams, phishing, or malware distribution.
• Weapons trading, firearms, ammunition, or regulated contraband.
• Terrorism, extremism, or illegal drug trafficking.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to remove or disable links upon receipt of a valid removal request, legal notice, copyright claim (such as DMCA notices), or appropriate administrative request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
